What is MapTrack?
MapTrack is cloud-based asset tracking, equipment management and maintenance software for field-based organisations managing tools, equipment, plant and fleet across sites, crews and projects.
Teams build a central asset register, identify assets with QR codes and barcodes, record assignments and custody, complete audits and retain an activity history. GPS, Bluetooth, OEM and telematics data can also be connected when configured.
MapTrack combines asset tracking with preventive and meter-based maintenance, work orders, pre-start inspections, digital forms, licence and calibration records, documents, compliance alerts, inventory and reporting. AI-assisted asset creation, form building and spreadsheet imports reduce setup and administration.
The progressive web app works across desktop and mobile browsers. Selected asset, QR and file information can be accessed offline, and field form submissions can sync when connectivity returns. Work orders, audits, maps, reports and maintenance workflows require a connection.
MapTrack supports construction, civil, mining, trades, utilities and facilities teams. Data can be imported by CSV or XLSX, while Enterprise plans add SSO, custom roles, API access and automation webhooks. Pricing is per asset with unlimited users, and a 30-day free trial is available without a credit card.
