procuris is AI-powered tender and bid management for companies that bid for public contracts in Germany and the EU. The goal: more of the right bids with the existing team, through less searching, earlier bid/no-bid decisions and faster bid preparation.

Functions

- Search: search agents collect new tenders from portals across Germany and the EU and rank them by fit with your portfolio, regions and contract size. Saved searches run daily, with a morning email. AI summaries and estimated contract values (marked as estimates) for each tender.

- Qualification: requirements, eligibility and deadlines are checked against your company profile. Exclusion and award criteria are shown separately, and gaps in the required evidence are visible.

- Decision: presentation for the bid/no-bid meeting and a decision record with reasons and a snapshot of the information it was based on.

- Bid preparation: a knowledge base of references, certificates, concepts and evidence. AI agents prepare concepts, forms and evidence in parallel, using your own templates and internal scoring rules. Answers on tender documents link to the exact source passage.

- Coordination: pipeline with custom phases, board and timeline views, calendar, tasks, owners, comments, reviews and sign-offs.

- Partners and contacts: subcontractors, partners, customers and competitors linked to tenders.

Integrations

Connects to existing file stores and systems. Integrations via n8n and Zapier. API and webhooks on request (Business and Enterprise).
