Pulse Feedback is a Swiss provider of software for employee surveys, pulse surveys and 360-degree feedback, with optional support from its own consulting team. Pulse Feedback covers the full cycle: the survey, AI-assisted analysis and guided results discussions in which teams and managers define actions. It is particularly suited to organisations with 100 to 5,000 employees, and is used by HR functions, organisational development teams and leadership groups across a range of industries.

Most survey tools stop at the report. Pulse Feedback is built for what comes after. Teams see their own results directly and work with them, rather than waiting for a summary from above. The discussion moderator guides them through the results conversation, even without prior experience of feedback sessions, and agreed actions can be tracked over time.

Surveys are set up in minutes, using ready-to-use templates, over 150 scientifically grounded questions or questions of your own. Every question combines a rating with two comment fields, one for what people appreciate and one for what they would like to change. Regular pulse surveys keep a continuous read on how teams are doing between larger survey cycles, while 360-degree feedback supports structured input from multiple perspectives, with built-in guidance that helps participants phrase feedback constructively.

Results appear in the dashboard in real time and can be compared across teams, units and over time, or placed in context with internal and external benchmarks. The AI analysis summarises open comments and highlights concrete areas for action, and the AI chat answers questions about the results in plain language. Feedback transparency is configurable per survey, from open within the team to fully anonymous, so the setting can follow the sensitivity of the topic.

The question bank was developed with the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and draws on established research into engagement, psychological safety and team effectiveness.

Consulting services cover the full feedback cycle and are entirely optional. You decide how much you do yourself. Many customers run their surveys independently. Others hand over individual steps or the entire process: questionnaire design, communication to employees, 360-degree feedback processes, in-depth analysis, results reports, workshop facilitation, action planning and support for teams during implementation.

Pulse Feedback runs on AWS infrastructure in the European Union, in Germany and Ireland. Participant and survey data is held in encrypted databases with protected backups, and transmission is encrypted to current security standards. The collection of personal data is limited to what is needed, such as name, email address and team assignment. Further measures include encryption of sensitive communications, data protection training for staff and partners, and formal data processing agreements. Customer data is not used to train third-party AI models.

The platform is multilingual, with German, English, French and Italian available as standard and further languages on request. A free trial with the full feature set is available for three weeks.
