Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Roadmark overview
What is Roadmark?
Every roadmap changes. Most tools handle that by overwriting the old plan, so three months later nobody can say what the date used to be, or why it moved.
Roadmark treats a change of direction as a branch, not an edit. Fork the roadmap at any milestone, and both timelines stay on the canvas - the route you took and the one you abandoned, side by side. Every branch carries a decision log explaining the call, so the reasoning is attached to the plan instead of buried in a thread.
What you can do
- Build a visual timeline of milestones, then branch it at any point and keep both paths visible.
- Record a required decision log on every branch, and publish it as a public decision feed.
- Track confidence per milestone and keep a slip history, so a moved date has a record.
- Capture roadmap releases and diff them to show exactly what changed since last quarter.
- Collaborate in real time, comment and @mention teammates, and follow a board by email.
- Share as a public page, a password-protected or expiring link, or an embedded widget on your own site.
- Export to PNG, SVG, PDF, or an editable PowerPoint deck for the board meeting.
- Start from the template gallery, duplicate a board, and search every board from a command palette.
Comments, releases, password-protected links, audit log, and analytics sit on the paid plans; everything else above is on the free one.
Integrations
Roadmark imports from GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Jira, Shortcut, YouTrack, Azure DevOps, Asana, Notion and monday.com, plus CSV upload. Connected boards re-sync daily on their own, so dates and statuses stay current, and an item deleted in the source is flagged on the board rather than silently dropped. Status and date mapping is documented per provider, and column mapping is configurable for Notion and monday.com.
Specifications
Web app, nothing to install, runs in any modern browser. Sign in with email or with Google, GitHub, GitLab, Microsoft, or LinkedIn. The free plan covers 3 roadmaps with unlimited milestones, branches, and read-only viewers; Pro and Team lift the limits. 14-day Pro trial, no card required. Pricing is flat per workspace, and a read-only share link never consumes a seat.
Security and data
Authorization is enforced in the database with per-board, per-role row-level security rather than in the app layer alone, and every board stays private until you publish it. Shared links can be password-protected and set to expire. Team plans add an append-only audit log of board changes and view analytics for shared links. Personal AI API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Roadmark is operated by Ducat Digital Ltd, a UK company registered with the ICO; payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, so no card data reaches us.
Optional AI
Draft milestones from a prompt, draft a decision log, or stress-test a roadmap for the risks nobody wrote down. Bring your own API key on the free plan, or use the managed quota included with the Pro and Team plans.
