What is Sentinella?
Sentinella helps Italian private security companies, and companies that provide security, concierge and reception services, run their daily work from the shift to the invoice. Shift supervisors plan on a two-week Board and see at once which posts are still uncovered; when someone is missing, they can ask a subcontractor for cover with the message already written. Guards receive their shifts on the phone, clock in when they enter the service area (the app does not track their movements) and can keep working where there is no signal. Every staff document has its own expiry date and a traffic light that warns in advance. At the end of the month the hours become the timesheet for the labour consultant, under the rules of the Italian security guards' collective agreement (CCNL Vigilanza); clients receive the report of the service carried out, and invoices are prepared in Fatture in Cloud, where the office checks and sends them. The owner sees the margin of every service, day by day. The interface is in Italian. Free plan up to 5 records and a 30-day trial with no credit card.
