Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

SiteBleed overview
What is SiteBleed?
SiteBleed is a website uptime monitoring and revenue loss tracking solution that quantifies the financial impact of service interruptions in real time. The platform monitors websites at five‐minute intervals, tracks SSL certificate lifecycles, delivers instant multi‐channel alerts and publishes public status pages to communicate service health. The software addresses the needs of e-commerce operators, software as a service providers, web development agencies and other digital enterprises for which downtime correlates directly with lost revenue. It enables organizations to understand when a site is unavailable and the cost associated with each minute of downtime.
Real time uptime monitoring executes automated checks every five minutes and logs each response with timestamps and response metrics. The SSL certificate module performs daily TLS inspections and flags certificates at configurable intervals of seven, fourteen, thirty or sixty days before expiration. Domain registration is monitored via WHOIS queries and recipients are notified before renewal lapses can cause site unavailability. A live revenue loss counter calculates the financial impact of each outage in real time based on entered monthly revenue figures. Alerts are dispatched through email, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams and custom webhooks to designated personnel at the onset of downtime or when services recover. Public status pages hosted on custom subdomains display live service health without requiring authentication while embeddable status badges can be inserted into documentation or site footers to reflect current uptime.
The platform supports maintenance windows that allow planned deployments to proceed without triggering false alerts and includes postmortem documentation that attaches root cause analysis to resolved incidents. Transport layer monitoring verifies TCP connections and open ports for databases, application interfaces and custom services. Keyword monitoring detects the disappearance of specified phrases in page sources that may indicate broken deployments serving HTTP success codes with content errors. Role based access controls grant owners, administrators and read only viewers the appropriate visibility into monitoring data. Operational metrics such as Mean Time to Recover and Mean Time Between Failures can be scoped to date ranges or specific sites while custom thresholds for downtime durations and revenue loss values refine alert severity.
Weekly digest emails summarize uptime statistics, incident logs and revenue effects while full incident histories can be exported as CSV or PDF reports. Simulated downtime drills exercise the alert pipeline with synthetic events to confirm channel configurations. Artificial intelligence incident reporting analyzes raw data to produce business impact summaries, customer communication templates, severity assessments and prioritized remediation recommendations. A downtime cost calculator models per minute, per hour and per day losses based on revenue inputs. Zapier integration extends events to thousands of third party applications and a developer API enables programmatic data access, manual ping triggers and custom dashboard creation. No agents, DNS changes or code deployments are required for implementation and initial setup completes in approximately two minutes.
