Stonify is a cloud-based ERP and shop management platform for countertop and stone fabricators. It connects sales, estimating, countertop drawing, slab inventory, scheduling, installation, and accounting.
Sales and Drawing
Track leads and your sales pipeline, manage quote follow-ups, and prepare estimates. Create countertop layouts with selected products and services, then view the existing drawing in 3D without redrawing the job. Include a link to the 3D view in customer quotes so customers can review the layout.
Shop and Field Work
Track slabs and remnants, manage purchasing, schedule production, and plan installations. Keep job documents and updates together, with mobile access for field teams. Use invoicing, job costing, and financial reporting to follow the financial side of each job.
