What is Tenmil?
Tenmil is heavy equipment maintenance software (CMMS and EAM) for construction, earthworks, aggregates, and mining fleets. Core modules: asset and component tracking, work order management, parts inventory, purchase orders, inspections, and fleet analytics, all in one platform.
Preventive maintenance can run on hour meters, calendar schedules, or both, with meter readings from field entry or a telematics feed. Inspection documentation, backlog management, fault code alerts, warranty tracking, geozones, and time card management are built in.
Cost intelligence sets Tenmil apart. Labor, parts, and outside services from every closed work order flow into the asset's cost history, and a shop rate allocation method produces true equipment cost per hour for each machine, alongside component lifecycle, downtime, parts usage, and ownership cost tracking.
The mobile app for iOS and Android works fully offline: crews create work orders, request parts, and check their time cards on site.
Tenmil integrates with ERP, accounting, telematics, fleet, and scheduling systems. Onboarding includes data migration help. Professional and Advanced plans include priority support, and Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager and phone support. Pricing is published on tenmil.ca.
