Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

VoiceCite overview
What is VoiceCite?
VoiceCite is a cloud-based AI blog system built for founders and solo operators of software and SaaS products who need to rank on Google and earn citations from AI search engines, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, without hiring a content team or committing significant writing time. The system conducts automated competitor research and SERP gap analysis, then surfaces a short weekly Q&A for the founder to answer by typing or voice in approximately two minutes. From that input, VoiceCite generates fully structured long-form articles written in the founder's voice, complete with citations, FAQs, internal links, schema markup, author attribution, and branded infographics derived from the brand's colors and logo.
Articles are structured with answer-first formatting, quotable data, and named expertise, aligned with the signals that both traditional search engines and AI retrieval systems reward. Drafts are surfaced in a preview interface that supports per-section editing, change requests, or one-click approval before publishing. Finished articles publish directly to WordPress, with Webflow, Shopify, and Ghost integrations planned. Clean HTML and Markdown export is available for use with any other platform.
VoiceCite targets software, SaaS, and technology startups where the founder holds domain expertise but lacks the bandwidth or budget for a dedicated content operation. Every article automatically inherits product knowledge, founder voice, and SEO strategy, removing the need for briefing documents, editorial oversight, or freelance writers.
