What is CYS?
CYS is a software solution for creating surveys, checklists, or audits. The feedback from customers or employees is processed into a clear report. There are predefined questionnaires that can be easily customized and immediately used. To create questionnaires, users can utilize various templates and start from scratch using the survey generator.
To invite customers or employees to take part in the survey, it is possible to use different channels such as email, a link on the website, or a QR code on the website or on printed matter. There is also a mobile app available where start and end dates can be set up. If data is already available, it can be imported using SFTP or pulled manually on a drag and drop interface.
Reports are displayed on customizable dashboards with the company logo and a color scheme to match corporate identity. Each stakeholder can access reports that are only relevant to them. Visualization is also possible with customizable, real-time infographics. In expert mode, access to data mapping and the dynamic rule engine can be gained. This can be used to define event-based conditions, for example, for the creation of smart routings. With SQL-scripting, it is possible to import rules and conditions.
