I like how intuitive and easy it is to create charts and filters, also, it's great that you can privately save charts. Dashboards are really great as well.
After my tweet, I heard from them. But when two weeks passed and I asked more questions, again I was disappointed my a lack of response.
For the money this product is awesome. We use it exclusively for SaaS metrics and revenue recognition.
But worse, when I asked how CM separated their metrics between monthly and annual payers, I learned they were lumped together.
The visual side of the soft is also great. Everything is clear and easy to customize through filters.
The worst part of Chartmogul is if you have implemented something wrong. Honestly, I would also appreciate more consultation from Chartmogul's side.
The support team is amazing, always available to help.
I miss exporting my dashboards and results (that I seeing on the screen) mainly because I'm not an admin user.
I love how easy it was to roll out, as well as their pricing model.

The results displayed are very good graphic display, easy to save and copy graphs other documents. The profiler component of the JMP is very useful to share analysis and reports using web interface.
For example, JMP sometimes fails to recognize the difference between number and a string.
Highly recommend to taking the time to master JMP Statistical Software if there is a real interest in having the best statistical software for your personal or company use.
However, it can be a little overwhelming and difficult to learn at first.
My overall user experience in JMP is good because it provides an interactive Graph Builder function, and the graphs from JMP look better than Minitab.
You have to know a lot about statistics criteria in order to use this software, because you have a lot of options in one experiment. In some occasions this makes difficult a experiment development.
JMP is easy to use for experienced users, and is relatively easy to learn. It is a very comprehensive statistical software.
It provides a lot of different statistical results after each modeling, however, it was not always clear what each one of them means in the instruction. It was hard for me to adjust 3D graphs in JMP.
I love JMP, I have used it for many school projects as well as for work. JMP makes it easy to do analysis on all kinds of statistical distributions.
I use it side-by-side with Minitab 19 and I've found JMP to be far better on some data analysis methods because it does not need external micros installed like Minitab 19 does.
Reports are very interactive and easy to export. Overall, recommended for statisticians.
It is user friendly and able to integrate to our company database which is quite convenience especially when I want to extract real time data to perform some statistical analysis.

Customer support is helpful, accessible, and attentive. I also love that I can finally display data in interesting ways as I have always felt that Illustrator is lacking in this area.
However, this also makes it simpler to use. It is disappointing that you cannot customize the icons (in the icons graphs) at present.
We have increased the quality of our business reports and the ease of designing beautiful data charts with our design language.
It is very difficult to manipulate the data within the program. Not an actual spreadsheet.
The idea of being integrate in illustrator, the full control you can have on our graph is awesome, and all the kind of preset are really efficient.
Seems little daunting at first, but eventually started figuring something things out. I worry about my less technical designers getting into this thing.
Its very powerful plugin to design the nice graph, and can integrated with adobe creative suite as well, that very powerful features one.
The few things that I thought were odd that was left out has since been addressed. Which brings me to my next point: the Datylon team is incredible.
I like that it has a lot of customization features (still would love to have much more options!). Once you set up a template of a graph, exchanging data is extremely easy.
Quite demanding in terms of computing power so may be bit slow on some machines.
The results were superb, and frankly, the ability to revisit Datylon charts within Illustrator, and quickly tweak parameters, absolutely saved me from many agonising hours Illustrator editing.
Datylon support is superb. I had a few questions – they were answered quickly by the support team.
The ease of creating multiple beautiful charts with changing data.
My experience with datylon is very good because I have speed up my processes and my execution of similar graphs.
