Lucky orange is phenomenal at showing live guest engagement. This has additionaly assisted me with developing and contact a greater crowd and monitor my progress.
Sometimes there is misattribution and gives you wrong data. The data can also not provide really valuable insight, for example they customer is just moving quickly through the site.
I love pretty much everything about Lucky Orange from the heatmaps to the Hubspot integration.
It was difficult to work with, and the numbers were widely different depending on how many clicks actually loaded.
It can help you make better UX decisions on your website. The customer service is great.
Filtering didn't work very well. Also when you have a lot of visitors on a website it's very hard to look all these videos located in one place.
Easy to use, visual, no code needed. It's the perfect tool to understand better the user behavior and to improve our e-commerce results.
This makes it difficult to go back and look at specific windows based on your price plan because data is rolling.
Luckyorange is shockingly good value for money, with great features that exceed the competition, I honestly don't know how they do it.

They have been wonderful to work with. They have went over and beyond and have been very accommodating while working with me.
Poor customer service, lots of errors that created problems in our SEO.
As promised it is taking off and extremely excited for what else is to come in the future and what executives can work now they have a great website to send all of my leads to.
I feel they can be pricey in the sense that every thing that they do you get charged for.
Our company has used and gets great results from mymarketing360.com for years now. The re-targeting ads are very effective, the real-time analytics are excellent, and the customer support is awesome.
I put myself in a very bad spot using these guys.

Hotjar is reliable and is the best at what it does. There are other options to help record app sessions, but HotJar continues to do what it does best.
This is problem because when a user messages us with a problem and we want to view how he used our website right away, we can't confirm his actions right then and there, only after a few hours.
UX plays a very important role for performance marketing and Hotjar is a brilliant tool which helps in collecting user behaviour data to do analysis and take corrective measures.
I was unsatisfied with other Heatmapping and recording software.
This is a fantastic way to understand how users are engaging with your site. I am a big fan of Hotjar and the approach to marketing insights.
Session recordings could have more filtering options and auto detection of rage clicks and ux issues. Unfortunately this tool can slow down your page load.
Love using pools - you will be surprised how good it works if you ask the right question in the right time. Very responsive and professional customer support.
There was no integration available to our existing CRM or email platform that would feed all the data and analytics Hotjar was collecting into our system.

The team is super flexible and supportive and speaks with us like a good friend who happens to be very knowledgeable about CX Analytics.
Issues around bugs found across the platform. Not show stoppers but can be frustrating when using day-to-day.
The support from Content Square in implementing the software was fantastic, not only was the technical integration seamless, but the training and aftercare has been second to none.
As an A/B test specialist, we may have some difficulty looking at tests which are no longer on the site, however we are discussing this currently with the team.
This product has been a great resource for our team so far. The onboarding was simple and the help center and training sessions have been a great resource in learning all the platform has to offer.
Theres noting so far that I don't like about content square.
Very powerful visual representations of data - making it clear, easy to interpret and impactful. Responsive and engaged customer support team.
Some of the different areas within the tool can be inconsistent in layout/functionality which confuses users.
Being able to see directly how every element of any page affects the customer journey is just amazing useful in making key strategic UX decisions.
Overall, i love the platform. Its easy to use and when I am curious about finding specific metrics, i am always able to get them quickly and efficiently.
Overall very happy with the product and support given to us. Improving business performance across all Samsung product categories and provide optimisation strategies.

I mostly use the zoning analysis and session replay. The CS Live Chrome Extension is very handy and is a great solution for stakeholders and team members to find quick answers to their questions.
Gives a whole new dimension on the "why" behind the winners and losers of A/B tests. Really caring and responsive customer support team as well.
Content Square is very easy to use. I find it most useful to dig a little deeper when looking into results for experiments.
Very easy to quantify you GAINS in money. Empowering the business team to test hypothesis quickky, without IT.
Ability to integrate with AB testing tools also helps us provide additional insights as to why a test version performed well or poorly.
Furthermore, thanks to the "Impact quantification" module, it is possible to evaluate the impact of certain user behaviors and plan actions based on the estimated revenue.
The team is super flexible and supportive and speaks with us like a good friend who happens to be very knowledgeable about CX Analytics.

Great app to do qualitative analytics in user's natural environment helping faster product development. This enables better prioritisation decisions.
I found it very disappointing that I was only offered a credit and not a refund of the VAT that should not have been charged to a UK based business.
VERY good segmentation and ability to isolate recordings and share recordings. Easy to set up funnel tracking with custom events/URL's etc - good visualisation and linking to falloff recordings etc.
Will pay more than you get. Data will disappear any day, Application filters don't work.
Smart look is brilliant to see what your visitor is doing on your site it really helps us in improving our website and making it user freindly.
Heatmaps also does not show % clicks on map, so missing some crucial analytical data.
Seeing what costumers do on my website is like viewing my business from their point of view. It is amazing how much I can get out with this software.
The only negative - free version has limited options.

Smart look is brilliant to see what your visitor is doing on your site it really helps us in improving our website and making it user freindly.
Heatmaps also does not show % clicks on map, so missing some crucial analytical data.

The only negative - free version has limited options.

I found it very disappointing that I was only offered a credit and not a refund of the VAT that should not have been charged to a UK based business.
VERY good segmentation and ability to isolate recordings and share recordings. Easy to set up funnel tracking with custom events/URL's etc - good visualisation and linking to falloff recordings etc.
Will pay more than you get. Data will disappear any day, Application filters don't work.
