Its holistic approach supports us in talking with one voice to our customers. I love that Acrolinx understands and sees content as a business asset.
Our users would love to have the option to add their feedback to the Sidebar cards. Either a free-field text to enter their feedback, for example, "this is not relevant for this content" or "this suggestion is incorrect because...". Or a pick list with defined options.

Cost savings, trademark/terminology protection as well as style/grammar/spelling compliance.
It's very powerful. There are a lot of things you can tweak to configure it just the way you want. It's a great tool to manage your company's voice and protect trademarks and brands.
There's always room to improve the guidelines/rules to reduce false alarms in more contexts. The cost savings calculations should be more flexible so you have different values/variables for different groups, etc.

Overall our experience with Acrolinx has been great. The clarity, tone, and consistency of our documents has improved. Non-English speaking readers have indicated they are more satisfied with our new documents, and we are seeing about a 7% reduction in translation cost as a direct result of terminology consistency.
Acrolinx allows my staff to have a consistent terminology, spelling, and tone across all of our documents. It allows us to efficiently adhere to ASD-STE-100 as well as maintain consistency when it comes to compound or hyphenated words.
Onboarding is a major activity factoring in term harvesting and setting the many different configuration options. Also from a part-time administrator side, the interface contains a lot of very technical language/grammatic options that a non-linguist would find challenging to understand.
