The software provides an advanced security option that allows only authorized PCs/laptops to access practice data.
Bestosys provides a smart calendar that contains all the appointments scheduled for the day. The smart calendar acts as a visual intelligence tool that enables medical practitioners to access patient information before an appointment. An orthodontic module features facial examination, model analysis, cephalometric & radiographic analysis, problem lists, consent form, treatment reviews, and 3D image support. Inventory management functionality helps to manage vendors, purchases, payables, and inventory stocks, automatically generating a request to a vendor when stocks go below the minimum threshold. The software provides a fully integrated accounting solution that has all the financial information from balance sheets, profit and loss statements to form 3C.
Bestosys provides an activity dashboard that generates ad-hoc and regular reports providing details like growth insights, lab delays, pending payments, and insurance claims. Social media integration helps to generate word-of-mouth business and acquire new patients. The software provides an online payment option to patients where they can pay their dues by cards, wallets, and net banking.
