Pros

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
It endorses team collaboration and improves teamwork. It's cost-effective and I find it to be far way more affordable than some competitors.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.

The product has a good look and is easy to use. Regarding the integration of the processes, it is very good and agile with the other members.
Excellent software to maintain the progress as a team and achieve the targets as a team. Monitor the team's progress and a wonderful application full of tools helps us to do things right.

Cons

Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.
Their employee performance report is just an eyewash, they don't have an employee reporting structure at all, what the biggest disappointment.

Cons

The accidental "drag/move/delete" is scary for us because you can accidentally move a card when you're just trying to scroll over on the screen and that can be problematic.
Fear of insecurity is a shortcoming of the apps. Some bad people can use this app for their ill purpose.
I HATE that i can not see the archived tasks on the calender as an option. Not being able to archive a task after you complete it and still see it on the calender is a bummer.

It has an android app the task can be assigned a due date and priority

Cons

not as easy to use as trello because it doesn't seem to have Subfolder (boards)

great, ive been using it for years. ive tried a whole bunch of others, trello, asana, clickup, basecamp etc etc....

Pros

all in one platform , we started with our business unit that is a marketing agency and will gradually expand its use to our business units.

Cons

hoping for more integration with other platforms like APOLLO , or platforms for marketing, sales and data.

This is too costly but really a great solution for agencies.

Pros

1) Easy to use 2) You can integrate popular 3rd party apps like dropbox, Google Docs, Trello and other popular services too. 3) Cloud based solution 4) Self Hosted Solution is also available too 5) Different packages as per your requirment 6) Webmail 7) 30 days trial without any fee 8) you can use their services free upto 12 users on cloud based solution

Cons

1) Too costly as compare to other services 2) Their Self hosted solution is also too costly

A simple and convenient tool

Pros

Trello is the simplest tool that can be easily implemented in the workflow without long adaptation by the staff. From personal experience I can say that having tried more than 10 project management systems (from Basecamp to Bitrix24), the introduction of Trello was the most "painless" for the team.

Cons

If you have a large team and require advanced functionality, Trello will have to pay for using it, but this money pays off very quickly.
