Pros

Helping to bring the business up to date with a system that is modern and innovative. It is user friendly and easy to add new functionalities to it according to the business needs.
As a socially responsible company, it feels good to support another company like Salesforce that is committed to these values too.
Salesforce remains the best CRM application for growing our business because of the amazing features. Integration of third-party and add-on options it offers.

Pros

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.

Cons

Terrible experience I wouldn't recommend to even our biggest competitor, Salesforce is totally unintuitive and with very bad UX. Expensive, hard to use and hard to manage.
There are times when the automation fails and gives back inaccurate data. We have to trouble shoot almost weekly to figure out what happened.
The only negative aspect I've encountered while utilizing SalesForce is that saving entered data is not done automatically and can lead to losing work.

Cons

Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.

Bitrix24 powerful tool even free Starter business tool suite. The free version has 5GB of space and CRM, Task and projects, Communications, Chat and video calls etc. There is also Support.

Cons

Unfortunately in the free version there is no CRM marketing, Sales intelligence and Sales center

Bitrix24 is a Great site to work and earn money

I had seen Bitrix24 advertised first time on Tube, at night 1st January 2021, and started working, by posting a project of mine for a while, typing with Time Tracker, also had posted 100 photos, with customized price, and got paid from STRIPE, within two months, exact amount of invoice, in April 2021. Then I left for a while, due some problems, and got back lately, wishing to keep working and paying fees montly, in the (near future)

Pros

Variety of things to do, from photo posting, until task creation with time tracker, sales report, flexible invoicing, sales funnel to track any time your sales, a list of channels-sites to connect to make sales as passive income, many payment methods automatically connected to site

Cons

Nothing actually bad! Ideal place for those who love creation and innovation, and want to help others, directly or indirectly

Bitrix24 transforms immediate searches

Bitrix24 is used as a data center to store information about leads, customers, competitors and as a social network that promotes communication between different areas of the company for the purpose of recording important information. It became our main information system because it has a powerful search tool that makes queries easier and faster. We also use work groups to divide information based on regions or user levels.

Pros

If your business is not very large or complex, the free version is sufficient. It is easy to connect with other programs that automate marketing campaigns. The simplified feature is a great way to share information and communicate with everyone who uses it or just a specific group. Segmentation can be done based on subgroups. The search function is excellent, allowing you to find information previously organized by company or contact.

Cons

The features that take care of managing deals and the sales funnel are more complex than those of other cloud CRM providers. We tried using it initially, but it wasn't what we were looking for. The permissions function is reduced. We tried to identify the type of person who has their own business/contacts in mind, but it was not possible. Sometimes the interface of a system is too complex in certain sections.

A good system for online stores

Pros

There is everything you need and even more: leads, contacts, counterparts, sales, orders, bills, documents, products. Everything is accessible from the main menu, at hand there is all that is necessary for the sales manager. In the lists of entities there is an analyst (funnel sales, comparison funnels, key indicators, etc.) and filters, which is quite convenient.

Cons

In order to understand the system and configure everything in the best way, you have to spend a lot of time or hire a separate specialist.

Pros

Nice easy to use interface. Cloud based - no need to install anything.

Cons

Feels like a minimally viable product rushed to market.. with hopefully full features to roll out as the userbase increases. Price is very expensive compared to some more fully fledged competitors.

Ease of use and ability to customise and deploy. Great Product.

Cons

I think the reporting is difficult , we struggle to get activity reports for note capture in CRM and sales calls made on the road etc.

Nice, it's an all in one, multi optional program that includes and offers not only a quick demo but self setup of a personal business number if you choose and you are able to collaborate amongst your employees or colleagues

Pros

I'm able to combine my email and business together it shows the information and data related to sales .

Cons

Not a word to say negative on bitrix24, very resourceful product with multi aspects towards business use

Pros

It is nice interface and it give us ability to run our sales processes without a single charge. It can show you sales pipeline and you can any information about your client. Most of the pages are very flexibe as you can configure what to show.

Cons

It is limited by features in free version, some of them - like for example check of duplicates makes our live much harder. Some time it gets tricky achieving what you need but generally it give good abilities being free solution

It becomes our main information system because it has a powerful search tool that makes any query easier and faster. We also use work groups to segment information according to region or user level.

Pros

If your business is not that big or complicated, the free version will be enough. Easily integrate with other systems to automate marketing campaigns. Simplified functionality is a great way to publish information and communicate with all or a subset of users. You can include segments based on groups. Finding information on past records organized by company or contact can be helpful. The product is powerful and I think it is an excellent choice for projects that require a lot of communication, collaboration, content sharing and more. Projects that are more sales management/CRM oriented may not be fully supported, depending on each process and its integration needs with other databases or systems.

Cons

The functions for managing deals and sales pipelines are also a bit complicated compared to other cloud CRM vendors. We tried using this feature for a while, but it didn't fit our needs. Permissions have limited functionality. We tried to set up specific user types (to restrict access to CRM information) based on their own company/contact (basic stuff in CRM), but it is not possible. Sometimes the user interface of some parts of the system is too complex. It would be great if there was an opportunity to simplify some of this.

The benefits I got are improvements in group work, improvements in sales coordination with my team.

Pros

I like that I can manage my own sales groups, create email marketing campaigns, easy scheduling and video conferences.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about this sofa rather I recommend it to all users very practical and useful when doing a good team work.
