Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Deskworks overview
What is Deskworks?
Deskworks is cloud-based coworking management software that connects the operational, financial, and member-facing parts of running a coworking space, flex office, executive suite, business center, or shared workspace.
Operators can manage memberships, offices, desks, rooms, reservations, day passes, recurring billing, invoices, payments, check-ins, credits, overages, renewals, and reporting from one system. Because reservations, member plans, usage, and billing remain connected, teams can reduce duplicate data entry, avoid manual reconciliation, and more accurately capture billable activity.
Members can sign up, purchase plans, reserve workspace, update payment information, send messages, and manage their accounts through a branded web experience and mobile app. Real-time availability and interactive floor plans help prospects and members find available offices, desks, and meeting rooms, while website booking and purchase options allow operators to sell more inventory online.
Deskworks’ Intelligent Network Check-in connects workspace Wi-Fi activity with member plans and account records. It can recognize members when they access the network, track visits or time against their plans, and help operators identify usage that may need to be billed. Front desk and visitor check-in tools also give teams greater visibility into who is using the space.
Dashboards and reports provide operational and financial insight into revenue, accounts receivable, reservations, occupancy, utilization, deposits, membership activity, and other performance metrics. Community managers can also view daily priorities such as upcoming bookings, current check-ins, registrations, expiring payment cards, access codes, and account balances from one dashboard.
Deskworks integrates with tools commonly used by flexible workspace operators, including accounting platforms, access-control systems, calendars, printing solutions, payment services, network infrastructure, digital mail, and other workplace technology. These integrations help keep bookings, access, billing, and member data aligned across systems.
The platform supports individual locations and growing multi-location operators, with flexible inventory, pricing, membership, and billing configurations that can adapt to different workspace models. Customers receive guided onboarding and ongoing support from a team with firsthand experience operating coworking spaces.
Deskworks helps operators replace disconnected systems with a practical, scalable platform that saves staff time, improves business visibility, supports accurate billing, and delivers a smoother digital experience for members.
