The dMACQ DMS+ email module lets employees centralize, store and archive vendor or client emails within the platform and add relevant tags for quick retrieval. The built-in file movement tracker allows organizations to track physical documents stored in the warehouse and synchronize them with corresponding electronic versions.

dMACQ DMS+ offers a document version control system, which lets administrators utilize user check-in/out functionality to record historical versions of documents and audit logs. Other features include file sharing, automated notifications, collaboration, optical character recognition, user permission control, compliance reports and more.
