Upload your contracts and AI suggests key details like parties, dates, values, and renewal terms for you to review and confirm. Search finds any word or clause across every document, including scanned PDFs, and you can organize agreements with folders, custom fields, and links between related contracts.
Reminders email the right people ahead of renewal, termination, and notice dates, and repeat until someone acts. For auto-renewing contracts, the non-renewal deadline updates itself each cycle.
Every plan includes unlimited users, with pricing based on contract volume rather than seats. Approval workflows and e-signature are available as your needs grow, alongside granular permissions, audit trails, integrations with common business tools, and SOC 2 Type II compliance.
