Although you would think that you can do some basic tasks in the software, I cannot figure them out. There is no customer service that I know of to call.

A must for professionals 

It was super easy to get started with, intuitive, and  simple to use.  It has a ribust set of features and it's very easy to customize to our neds without any training or tutorials (Which htye have, but it's just that easy). The price is exceptional as well for us, since we don many documents,  not just a few large dollar contracts.

Best Choice for us in Contract Processing

I've used it regularly (at least weekly) for the last 1.5 years. I've experienced several instances where the signor completed the document on their end, but it did not finalize. Despite trying multiple times. I have to reupload and begin the process again to sort out the issue which can be very annoying. However, it is affordable and meets the needs of my workplace.

DocHub makes it easy for us to fill out the many forms that we use on a regular basis in the high school. My favorite feature is the ability to indicate who should sign the form and in what order.

Overall I have used DocHub for years now. It's one the cheapest document signing softwares available and allows us to easily send and receive signed contracts for new volunteers at our nonprofit. You can send as many documents as you wish!

My overall experience with DocHub has been excellent. It’s become an essential tool in my role as a Headteacher, allowing me to manage, edit, and share documents efficiently. The platform is intuitive, integrates seamlessly with Google Drive, and makes signing and collaborating on documents easy. Although there are occasional delays with large files, the benefits far outweigh any minor inconveniences. DocHub has significantly improved the way we handle administrative tasks, making it a key part of our workflow.

Efficient and Essential Tool for Document Management

I usually have a good response.  I know some people have difficulty when opening & signing documents with their phone. But after working with the support team, we believe it just seems to be a common user error.

DocHub Excellent Product

Overall, we truly enjoy DocHub and all of its features since it makes it easier for us to get our applications signed from our clients. Before we required our client to come in to the office to get their applications or documents signed or we had to mail them out and wait for them to get sent back. This has definitely saved us from a lot time and we have been able to provide our documents faster to our underwriters.

DocHub Review: DocHub is a game changer!

Misty:                                                 My name is Misty. I am an insurance agent, and I would rank DocHub as a five.
                                                       For DocHub, I upload documents that I need clients to sign, forms, applications. We have templates sometimes that are already in there. We have agreement forms for our company. I prefer to send them through DocHub because I have a track of where they've opened it. I can see everything about it, where the document is. And then I have a copy. I can email them a copy and I can keep a copy in my files, plus I can just upload it to the company that needs it.
                                                       Some of my favorite things about DocHub, it's very easy to use. It does keep everything right there on. I love the dashboard and being able to see when a client opens a document, if they're in the process or if of signing or they've just looked at it and they've left it be. I also like that after so long, it will send them an email reminder, "Hey, you haven't signed. You need to sign this document."
                                                       One of the things I think DocHub could improve on is maybe uploading different doc, a whole bunch of documents together. Sometimes we need to send multiple documents to one client, if there was a way to send all the documents in one big file versus having to send four or five separate files to the client to sign.

                                                       What I used before DocHub was DocuSign. It's like Xerox; the name, the brand that everyone refers to. However, even though I had started using DocuSign, what I realized is that DocHub is much more practical and affordable and also integrates with my Google systems. I use Chromebook and Chrome OS browsers, and the extensions are just seamless.
                                                       The reason I chose DocHub, at least in the beginning, was because of its free features where you can have access to a certain number of signings and editing certain documents with the free account, and that's how you get comfortable with the system. And at some point it became so integral and useful that even the $4.99 a month fee became extremely practical.
                                                       Getting started with DocHub was quite easy because of their extensions available on the Chrome browser. It was just a matter of a few clicks. And also not even having to start up my own account, but connecting with my Google account made it even more seamless as well.
                                                       For anyone considering getting DocHub, I highly encourage them to start with the free account access. You'll get to have a great experience at least trying out some of the features, and for people who are part-time business people who don't really use a ton of features throughout the month, their free account limits are sometimes more than enough. And once you become a regular user, as I mentioned earlier, the $4.99 fee is quite reasonable.
