We use firmex internally for our staff in addition we use Firmex to send documents to our customer. Its user friendly and easy to navigate once you have been granted access.

It's incredibly intuitive, easy to set up, and has all the functionality of the more expensive dataroom sites. The flat cost is a huge benefit as well, I use it for every deal I'm a part of.

Thanks for the feedback, as it's always great to hear when a client gives you a 10 out of 10. Currently we are in the process of improving our zip file download structure for bulk downloads. This will increase the limit from 5 GB to 20 GB in order to eliminate any confusion as outlined when doing a bulk download from the platform. 

Definitely one of the better, user-friendly data rooms I have used.

Thanks for the feedback, great to hear about your experience and how easy it was to navigate our platform. We pride ourselves in how easy our user interface is to accommodate all users logging in to our data room. We do have the ability to leave comments and tags which can be found on the right hand side of the documents tab. Those comments and tags can be searched for within the search tab as well, although isn't a report function it still can be found easily.

Good product

Thanks for the feedback on how the experience has been when adjusting folders and the structure of folders as it is all drag and drop functionality. In terms of the ability to customize permissions, we offer a role based system between what users have access to within the project (data room) and the information within meaning the documents. The permission combinations we have made are the industry settings we see most commonly used based on the roles you want to give host users vs guest users. If you require assistance further on how to best set those permissions, our support team is available 24/7.

Firmex is a Great Choice

Appreciate the feedback on our reporting and the ability to easily track activity wtihin the data room in real time. As for our search function we offer full OCR search within a document meaning full text search, as well as the ability to search through folder and document names. 

I was very surprised and pleases with the ease of use and ability to sort, store, and share important documentation.

We appreciate the feedback on how super user friendly and intuitive the platform is, as that is one of our biggest advantages within the VDR industry. Great Data Room

Thanks for the feedback and apprecaite the kind words. As for our integration, we currently do not provide a direct integration to iManage and can't comment on what their product offers for the legal space. We do have API's that our clients optimized and these can be built in order to facilitate those potential needs. 

I use it every few day to weekly.  I create the extranet site, add the invitees, set up the rooms with folders when necessary, and upload/download documents

Great to hear that the team was able to work quickly on your project. As for the showing of information and upload updates, I believe this is via our email notifications which can be adjusted to a frequency you are more comfortable with such as once a day or once a week instead of hourly or immediate. 

Good! Meets our project's needs to share a large amount of information securely, instantly and privately, receive and answer questions, track all actions, and work with different user profiles/needs/permissions.

As for the bells and whistle features that we don't have compared to some legacy high end providers, that is where the price differential comes into play. Firmex -Files at your Fingertips
