There is still needed some chatting app (as Slack) for daily communication.

The best thing about the Freelo app I love its ease of use and keyboard shortcuts, which will save me a lot of time.

I would appreciate the integration of Google Drive, which would make it easier for us to share files

Easy adoption by the users, good notification system, mobile application, price :)

Some advanced functionalities, filtering, sorting, reporting, states....but we accepted this as trade off for simplicity.

I switched to Freelo from Active Collab, where I was missing some features. I am very satisfied with Freelo, it provides everything I need for project management, task management and communication with clients on the project. I appreciate the excellent work reports and time tracking. The software is very user friendly.

Freelo is relatively expensive for individuals, but the price is adjusted to the market. There are not many other options.

Hello Peter, thanks for answer. Actually our pricing is very friendly. We do not charge per person. So you can have as many colleagues or clients you need. And it doe's not affect price.

I like the basic and nice design. Is user-friendly and easy for every new client that I add to Freelo. Feedback from my clients on the software is excellent.

There is nothing I don't like. I have nothing to complain about.

Freelo is for me great combination of task management from Asana and time measurement from Toggle but compare to these tools for ridiculously low price. There are useful connectors for other services (for eg. invoice services). And also there is live and helpful customer service.

I am used to work is Asana so I am of course missing some features or functions. The UX is slightly better there. But Freelo team has public roadmap and most of these functions are on it.

Good UX, easy to use, intuitive. New team members are able to use the tool literally within minutes of onboarding. It is constantly evolving, but at the same time it remains clear. Excellent and very fast support.

I'm not sure if there are any cons at all.

There is plenty to like, we really enjoy the ease of use, Czech language, the mobile app and pricing that is allowing our non-profit to step-up the game!

As triathlon event on World Cup level (2nd highest) is time planning nightmare, we would love to see more time management features like gantt chart

Freelo helps me by easy way reach goals be managing all task and goals.

It's smart and compact for organizing my time and my team's across all projects.

I admire the tool for its to-do list. You can have more projects and share your tasks with other colleagues. It is easy to use and I have fast access to all my tasks also with deadlines of tasks.

Sometimes I wasn't sure about setting price to the task. I mean to find where to put price per hour constantly.

It is very easy to use. At the same time having quite robust features. Love the time tracking feature! Kanban board that showed up recently.

Missing Gantt feature as this moment. A little more expensive for small teams compared to Asana for instance.

What I personally appreciate is that we don't need to use traditional minutes of the meetings any more. All our meetings are based on Freelo.

Maybe we would appreciate to have chance to export the list of tasks to pdf. or excel. But in general we are happy.

Thanks to the user-friendly Freelo environment, it is easy to plan your time. You can process tasks in a team, create subtasks and assign other team members to them and set a deadline for them. At the task pages, you can have a discussion directly with the whole team you define. You can also do all this in the mobile application.

The only problem I came across is that you can't assign 2 people to the one task. Nevertheless, this can be solved by duplication the task and setting solver to each them.

Freelo is good for our company, because it is cheap (not payed per person), it is easy to use, it is similar to trelo, which we knew. And also people, who doesnt want to use it can still participace due to email responds.

We would apreciate easy tutorial for "not good at computers people" (seniors...).

it is easy to start using it at work, it helps to maintain clarity in communication, it has many possibilities of use

This product is really easy to use. Thanks to Freelo we communicate with external employees, programmers, graphic designers. We insert and complete tasks, it's clear, it's easy to find old information and keep records of all projects.

Sometimes it's hard for new employees to learn how to use Freelo, but that's not a Freelo problem :)

Very easy to use. I use it daily for task management between me and collegues and for some clients.

I do not know exactly, but i do not use Freelo for time and money tracking.
