Pros
Its so easy to use and set up, customer service is fantastic and I love having everything I need in one place.
I love the ease of integration in google calendar and the ability to easily share meeting notes via email with members outside of your team.
I love that it helps me collate all of my teams thoughts/meetings/ideas in one place and it's easy to search.
Cons
Inability to create 1-off tasks for yourself outside of meeting notes or prep. Inability to pull prep or notes from meetings that are not part of the same recurring series.
I found it a bit confusing at first on who had access to what in the notes.
The text formatting features are limited. Can't send minutes by email from the platform.
