infoRouter includes a records management module, which lets managers handle the entire records lifecycle including scanning files, routing data within predefined workflows, tracking statuses, and schedule retention or disposition. The solution offers a host of features such as content delivery, version control, notifications, security authentication, document library, customizable templates, and more. The built-in folder management functionality enables users to modify access rules, personalization attributes, and preferences, as well as manage subscriptions, audit trails, and log data.
infoRouter includes scan station, a scanning tool, which allows administrators to process documents in bulk, modify images, convert to PDF, and edit metadata. Plus, it supports integrations with various Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint via an application programming interface (API).
