Pros

For this price level, the tools available are fantastic. One of my favourite tools is the ability to solve maths equations and provide step by step hints on how the whole thing is done.
So if I do not have my laptop on me because I am out of the office I can use my cellphone. My team also likes that we can share our notes with each other for progress updates and team notes.
In summary, it is an excellent application that fulfills what it promises.

Pros

So natural to utilize Very visual Price is correct Easy to add/eliminate individuals Search ability is superb.
The product has a good look and is easy to use. Regarding the integration of the processes, it is very good and agile with the other members.
Excellent software to maintain the progress as a team and achieve the targets as a team. Monitor the team's progress and a wonderful application full of tools helps us to do things right.

Cons

One of the most frustrating aspects of this program was the loss of information. Annual program updates would lose data from the prior version to the updated version.
The level of familiarity with the app by my team had some people ineffective at using it in the beginning.
I'm confused why it's not possible to integrate it with Outlook.

Cons

The accidental "drag/move/delete" is scary for us because you can accidentally move a card when you're just trying to scroll over on the screen and that can be problematic.
Fear of insecurity is a shortcoming of the apps. Some bad people can use this app for their ill purpose.
I HATE that i can not see the archived tasks on the calender as an option. Not being able to archive a task after you complete it and still see it on the calender is a bummer.

OneNote is quick and easy to learn and really helps keep notes together, I have started using Trello more recently but both have their own unique values to offer

is a tool to take quick notes, as we would do in a post it, the only difference is that these notes can be seen in all the devices linked to my microsoft account.

Pros

easy to use, easy to synchronize between devices (PC, phone, laptop), compatible with outlook and other office tools, I can use it anywhere to take notes.

Cons

it does not have a sophisticated task view "trello type" so it does not work well for team work, it does not have many attractive features, it is a basic tool.

The real time collaboration aspect of OneNote allowed productivity to be increased by my team during capstone project planning and development. I also liked the ease of integrating into Slack and Trello.

Cons

I did not like that sometimes the cloud aspect or having multiple users on at a time can cause this to slow down.

It's really good, I use for multidisciplinary purposes such as Math, projects, draws, digital projects, etc.

Pros

well, I like use this software because It has a versatility for draw, write, do colorful your notes and organize and share with partners, with a great facility. Also, you don't need save in your device because while you're using the programm saved it in a cloud. This one has save to me when I have problems with my devices, just I opened with my count in another one. I love that we can connect with Trello for be more productive.

Cons

Well, rarely I don't feel comfortable with starting time, because, depending of size of file or the device it can be a little bit slowly

Pros

I'm completely dependent on OneNote. It's so easy to use and flexible, it holds every project in my life now, from planning out and organizing 60 slide competitor analysis presentations, to scheduling recipes for meal plans. It plays well with the other products, and unlike Word, I've never had a problem with syncing conflicts and generating unnecessary backup local copies, and I have yet to lose...

Cons

Very few, it's so flexible it fills in a lot of gaps. I'd like it to be more visually customizable, like if you could add a backdrop of a chart or table similar to the Stormboard templates. Right now it just has a few pastel colors and lined and gridded paper types.

It's not my favorite tool, though some people swear by it. I prefer Microsoft OneNote.

Pros

Easy to use. Drag and drop is convenient Handles multiple collaborators easily

Cons

You can't organize the boards vertically- only horizontally. Which means you end up scrolling to the side forever if you have lots of boards. App tends to crash on my computer a lot and is slow

I love how easy Trello is to use. The learning curve is very short and I am able to do almost anything I need related to task management.

Cons

I wish there were more useful options for exporting Trello information. You are limited to printing or exporting to a .json file. It would be great to be able to export directly to Microsoft Word and/or OneNote. It would also be handy to be able to capture historical analytics on completed tasks.

Manage Projects with EASE using TRELLO!

I got my small business setup with Trello in minutes. We added staff accounts and projects were started easily. Tasks assigned and work was getting done. What more do you need?

Pros

This is very simple to use project management tool. So easy to build a board for efficient and effective Agile, SCRUM or Kanban style projects

Cons

It connects with Gmail more easily than Microsoft Office. I was unable to use Microsoft Teams for my conferences, just Google Hangouts.

Cons

Unfortunately as far as I can tell it doesn't integrate with Microsoft Teams or Sharepoint or other products my team is using, unlike Microsoft Planner.

Cons

Great tool for managing backlog items for an Agile team

Overall I would say it is a great tool to show the team on the list of pending items for the year. You can also categorize the items and targets by various quarters of the year.

Pros

The best part of using Trello is to be able to see all the backlog features we need to accommodate for the year.

Cons

Being a Microsoft shop, we have to create another copy of the backlog there as well as Microsoft TFS enables us to enter backlogged items and track them in more detail

Pros

I have used Microsoft Teams task management features before but they had many flaws that are taking care of by using Trello instead.

Cons

Although helpful it’s imbedded Microsoft Teams software is a little hard to use

Great collaboration software

Overall, I've had a positive experience with Trello. At a quick glance, it's easy to see what needs to be done for the day, and to keep up on timelines. Productivity has increased a lot.

Pros

Category boards can be created, and objects can be moved simply between them. It's easy to assign people to tasks and send notifications on deadlines. It's easy to onboard new people and is intuitive enough for most people to pick up on quickly.

Cons

Integration with other calendar services would be handy, like Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar.

Great Project Management Software

Pros

I like the look of Trello a lot. It is bright, customizable, and fun. It also is built perfectly to facilitate collaboration on projects, making it easy to communicate between many people managing separate tasks.

Cons

Honestly, the main con is that Microsoft Planner manages to do basically the same thing, and integrates better with other Microsoft products, so I tend to use that instead. But I have no complaints about Trello itself!

Great, but lacks integration with Microsoft Office 365

Still use it with some clients, but prefer Microsoft Planner because it integrates perfectly with our Office suite.

Pros

Very simple to use interface Love the drag and drop features Perfect, so long as you stick to just the core of what Trello offers.

Cons

Lack of integration with Office 365 and searching within conversations / boards isn't great.

Awesome project management App

Pros

Everything! I was using Microsoft planner, but Trello offers way more features and support for effective project management of a team. it even Implements with Microsoft Teams which has been a game changer for the team that I manage.

Cons

Nothing! Everything about this app is awesome.

Favorite software for project management

It's my favorite tool for project management. The small learning curve has made it easy to teach coworkers how to use it for collaboration.

Pros

Trello is easy to set up and customize. All free applications let me do the majority of what I need to get my work done throughout the day. Different views are really helpful for viewing project timelines. The email notifications are a nice feature for collaborative work with multiple users on a project.

Cons

The calendar doesn't integrate with Microsoft outlook calendar, at least in the free version of the product.

Trello- nonprofit review

Having a visual and digital space to orgaize work has been a great resource over the last several years. I find when i have a big project and challenge ahead of me gravitating to tools like trello to help me get things laid out. thank yoU!

Pros

I love that trello offers various teirs and procing to their tool- as a nonprofit employee its been easiest for me to use the tool using a free account and have had others on my team- limited in what features we have access too, but can get the core of trello and the boards still. Its a pretty simple concept and easy to use, visial boards really help me in planning, executing and priortizing.

Cons

no complaints from my experience using the tool, other than our organization integrating it formally which would unlock more features and integrations with microsoft office 365 and specifically Microsoft Teams. Now with Microsoft Planner though many of the same features are available and that integrates with all of our tools better. Trello works better for certain projects that may include some volunteers or other external pro bono partners
