We have integrated it via its API with our in-house issue tracking software: the integration was a little awkward but once set-up hasn't given us any problems.

What i like most about time doctor is that the good UI in web portal, supports multiple integrations like jira cards/tickets. Automatically jira cards are shown in the timedoctor app.

Some of the letters were torn or damaged upon arrival, but not sure where the fault lies. The greatest thing about it is that you can setup a kind of mail merge capability and integrate it with external services to provide an automated mail out.
