With the latest feature Branded download link, your clients and partners will see your unique signature when you share files- your brand logo, headline, description and a page cover for your latest presentation or portfolio. pCloud allows users to upload files of any size, including HD videos, and access this data at any time. Media files are accessible directly on the cloud, with a built-in audio player, video streaming, and more. Files can be accessed offline, and when connected to the internet each change is updated in seconds between the cloud and any linked devices. Users can filter files by type, including documents, video, audio, and images, and search for individual files or folders. File versions can be stored and accessed for up to 180 days back, and deleted files can be accessed in the Trash folder for a set period before permanent deletion. Users can invite their contacts to share their pCloud folders, with the ability to control and modify access and editing permissions at any time. Upload and download links can also be generated, and provided to anyone without sharing folders. pCloud Encryption is now included in pCloud Business, and provides client-side encryption of files, with encryption keys only available to the user.

Users access control and monitoring allows you to set up different permissions to your colleagues, create teams, monitor the activity of each user and thus, improve the workflow and efficiency of your team.

pCloud Drive - creates a secure virtual drive on your computer. The only difference from your physical drive is that pCloud does not take space on your local device. Files uploaded in the drive will be kept safe in the cloud. Users can use the Drive to edit their files directly.

pCloud Search - Files can be searched for within pCloud, or filtered by format, with options for documents, images, video, audio, and archives.

Deleted files are stored in the Trash folder for up to 180 days, and can be permanently deleted at any time.

Shares - The ‘Invite to Folder’ feature allows users to share folders with their team and other pCloud users, and control whether individuals can view, edit or manage the content, with the ability to modify permissions at any time.

Upload and download links can be generated to allow contacts to download files to their own devices, or upload files into other pCloud users accounts.

The ‘Automatic Upload’ feature continuously uploads new videos and photos from users’ mobile devices to their pCloud account, and users can also select folders to backup from their computer.

File revisions are stored for up to 180 days and can be accessed by users at any time, with the ability to restore previous file versions, and the ‘Rewind’ feature allows users to view all files from up to 180 days in the past, with the option to restore you account at a previous date and save old versions of your files.
