The main problem in this software is that the sign up can be a little long but otherwise it is best software because we can easily to share with others at anytime and at anywhere. The most important difficulty that we faced while using this software is that when we share our content files with other users, especially when using the method of sharing through the emails then sometimes it create a little bit problem for us about the sharing. But to conclude that it is too much easiest software and best for storing data and files.

pCloud worked for us. What's really cool is that they sell lifetime plans for a great price. If you don't need that you can use it for free though and even use your Facebook to open account. Every plan is cheaper than you'll find it anywhere else. pCloud shows your storage data in a chart so it's easy to keep up with how much space is used or free and what's in there. I like the amount of settings and how much control I have over everything. There's even a super secure option that nobody except the account holder can get to- the crypto folder.

When I touch the attatch file icon on email or text message there's no shortcut or preview of pcloud files like there is for all the others. It'd be cool if they fixed that and got features to the same level too.

Easy to use, just does not do the job. Concept and format is good, operationally flat out bad. Look elsewhere

Steven, clearly you didn't have a good experience with us. I'm sorry for this and would like to apologize. I've checked your support ticket and the main issue is trying to sync hundreds of files (cache files!) which have been changed every minute. I doubt any sync program can handle this, but anyway, we've refunded in full your payment, you've made 6 months ago. Take care, Andrew

No major problems encountered just that pCloud does not offer a two-factor authentication, which can be a security concern for some users.

I cannot contain my excitement as I talk about how much this service has impressed me. I must say that what I liked the most about this platform is its unlimited cloud storage capacity. I had never before found a cloud solution that allowed me to have so many files, documents and resources at my disposal. I can say without a doubt that my productivity has skyrocketed to new levels.

If I have to point something out, it would be great to have some additional advanced features. I like how Pcloud Business looks to the eye as a user. I like how easy I is to upload files, share files, and I love that you're u can recover them easily. I like how easy it is to use and I love that is is an affordable service as compared to other softwares that are way more expensive but offer similar services.

I like using pcloud business because I manage to save my Heavy documents online without risk of losing them. Very easy to use and accessible to all.

There is a synchronization problem and the connection to the platform takes longer than. Wich make the software less pleasant. Otherwise very good software.

The one feature that I like the most is pCloud ability to upload online files directly to the cloud, bypassing the need to download the file first to the local hard drive and then uploading it to the cloud. You just copy the file URL and paste it into the Upload dialog box. And since it's server to server file transfer, the speed is amazing. You can use the feature to save the file in the cloud for later use without taxing your precious local hard drive. Or you could also use the feature to get more stable file download by uploading it to the pCloud server first and then sync it to your local storage. The sharing feature is also great.

Sometimes the desktop sync can take some moment before starting the sync process. And since pCloud is cloud storage service, you need a good internet connection to fully utilize its potential. While that's not the problem for some countries, there are still people with bad internet connections.

With 1TB of storage per user on the Business account and the option of unlimited storage with pCloud Business Pro, I now have one place to store, sync and collaborate on my business files with my colleagues in real time.

The integration with other applications could be a bit simpler, but it should be noted that this is only a small inconvenience compared to what this fabulous platform offers.

The most important bit for me using pCloud is the ability to email direct download links to files or folders of files. The next favorite feature for me is the ease of navigating the pCloud web app. I can be anywhere and as long as I have my phone with me I can easily dig up a file and email a link to clients or printers. Another selling point for me is being able to drag and drop from my desktop to the web portal directory for uploads. Everything with pCloud has worked as intended from day one. We use it every day and it is an integral part of our office. I also love the stats. You can see the traffic on your links. You send a link to a file and you know if they downloaded the file. Great. Also, they have recently added the ability to brand your download links with your logo - fantastic.

My main "con" with pCloud would take a lot to fix. I would love it if you could drag and drop to move files within the directories in the web portal but that would be a huge undertaking and is not worth the effort. For a long while the desktop app crashed anytime we tried to connect (Windows 10) but it was eventually updated and has been working solidly again, though we are more wary of it now and do not rely on it as much.

I realllly love using the API. I've spent a lot of time trying to create a custom integration with PCloud so I can sync files from anywhere. I also found out they have new ways of adding things to your PCloud using an internet extension/add-on. There is also a way to sync files from other accounts like DropBox and Google Drive it's awesome. There are so many possibilities and even an android app! I love PClouds features.

I do wish their API documentation was a bit better. Took me a solid 1 month to debug and build a working example for my chrome extension I'm building. I really thing that the login methods server side could be updated. They assume you only login via a popup and don't offer good secure options for server side authentication. (sorry for a bit technical). Real world things I don't like is syncing large project files. It doesn't take a while with the software and I manage 100 GB projects sometimes and I need them synced quickly.

Very negligible yet crucial feature for a users like me - The visible drive in the Windows is the best thing about pCloud. Despite of being a native product, even Microsoft’s Onedrive doesn’t provide this.

Many time in past it happened where I unable to delete certain files / folders. It deletes files / folders but it restored it. Like I said , it occasionally happened in past I haven’t seen any similar thing recently.

I love how easily pCloud integrates with my Windows PC file system, my Chromebook and my phone. It is extremely easy to get to a file just about any time and anywhere I need to. I love that it creates a drive on my PC and that I can access my files just as if they were stored on my computer. I especially love the Crypto option which makes it possible for me to encrypt the files I store in the cloud. If their hacker challenge statements are correct, the encryption works very well. I don't feel like I get this with other services.

The Chrome extension never seems to work properly for me. Also didn't like how, on first set-up on my phone, that it started to automatically to back-up photos that I would never have backed up as they were not work related. It seems to me that the user should not have anything like that set up automatically. I was able to go into the settings and change it, but it seems like overstepping to me.

My favourite feature of pCloud is the ability to sync and share files between devices. My team is very happy with Pcloud Business basically for file storage. You can access the service from anywhere, and there are plenty of features making it a direct competitor to Google drive, one drive and dropbox.

The pCloud interface isn't the prettiest. It's basically just a list of folders, and it doesn't seem to offer any sort of organizational tools.

For a single payment you can get a very large storage space to back up your data in the cloud.in addition, it offers a client that synchronizes, etc.

If the number of files is very large, the client that takes care of the synchronization needs a large amount of space for the cache. In some cases, it is a problem.

I really like the ease of use and the fact that pCloud behaves like a local disk. In addition, the transfer speed is really very high. Another thing I particularly like about pCloud is its privacy policy, being based in Switzerland.

pCloud lacks the integration of online file editors to edit documents as offered by Google's cloud. And in terms of synchronization I noticed some slowness.

The biggest feature is to have a virtual drive in your PC without taking your local drive storage. You can upload directly into the cloud if you have a direct link. I just paste the links of huge zip files and they are uploaded in minutes. I can unzip them online see which file of it is needed and download only that specific file. Saves me data and time from downloading the huge files.

pCloud is a bit expensive, but out of all the cloud storage deals I think pCloud wins out. Pcloud hands down the best and only one to challenge dropbox in the coming days.

Pcloud has made file storage and sharing so much easier for me. It has made my workflow and communications so much easier and faster. Plus, I love that I can access it on all my various platforms (Mac, Android, IOS) more or less. Plus, they have one of the best customer service FAQs I've ever seen, to answer possible questions.

Wish it continued to support older IOS & still had it on the Amazon App store and supporter older Android versions. But many cloud storage providers are similar in this respect, so it's a CON for the whole industry when we're forced to stop using computing equipment not because it stopped working, but because it stopped being supported.

pCloud is one of my favourite cloud storage service right now. I'm a pCloud lifetime account holder. I think pCloud is one of the rare popular cloud storage services that offer the LIFETIME cloud storage space.

Android App is not up to mark. pCloud should take care of this and redesign Android App with more features and design.

I got the 75% discount deal. So, it cost me about £186 for 2TB and that's for LIFETIME. If I remember it right then with Google it costs $9.99 per month to store 2TB. In pounds, that's £87.95/Year. So, to break even you just need to use storage for more than 2.11 years. That's quite doable, isn't? Pcloud is there in the market for about a decade now...so that gives a sense of assurance.

Pcloud asks to pay for encryption extra $125. I don't want to pay that. I believe they should offer it with the deal itself.

Love the media player that allows you to play your music and video files right from within the app. When you share files it lets the recipient play the files without downloading which is great for musicians. Love that the app backs up your mobile devices media files too. The price point is very fair for the amount of storage you get and they have a lifetime option as well.

I do wish the media player saved your spot when you close and open the file. It starts from the beginning whenever you close and reopen the file.

I bought Pcloud as a Dropbox alternative. It did install fine on each machine. That's about what I can say about it.

It didn't sync correctly, I couldn't get some of the other features to work and the company keeps bugging me over Facebook. Also support / sales is overseas so concerns don't get addressed anything close to immediately, you have to go to bed, wake up, and see you've been answered overnight.

Unlike many top players, you get unlimited space. Sure most of us probably don't need more than 1TB, but when it comes to store photo and 4K video unlimited is what you need. You can also share files publicly, under the traffic limit of 10TB.

Sometimes the network might be a bit slow, and uploading large files can take time. The web app has some glitches and sometimes you need to reload the page. The PC app is much better so be sure to have it installed.
