LoopedIn enables team members to utilize a drag-and-drop interface to prioritize and filter ideas based on multiple criteria, such as tags, votes, and roadmap status. It lets employees build internal or public roadmaps with objectives, release dates, status tracking, attachments, and feature details, among other information. It also lets organizations create standalone product update pages and send email announcements to customers on a centralized platform.
LoopedIn offers an API, which allows businesses to integrate the platform with several third-party solutions. It also enables supervisors to create audience segments, post customer reactions, and capture user feedback to optimize overall customer engagement and retention processes.
