Native ShareVault apps for iOS and Android platforms enable users to remotely view documents according to permissions and totally safely thanks to enterprise-grade file encryption. Technologies here include two-factor authentication, encryption at rest with key management, customer managed encryption keys and encryption in transit thanks to AES 256 over Secure Socket Layers (SSL).
ShareVault also boasts an intuitive tab-based UI that can be customized to carry company branding, while leveraging drag and drop file publishing tools. Batch upload, printing and automatic PDF conversion speeds workflow, with fast fluid scrolling and simultaneous viewing of multiple documents also possible. Rollover thumbnails provide first page previews without the need to click-through and favorite files can be marked or tagged for quick finding later. Auto-numbering applies hierarchical ordering, dynamic watermarking adds user identifications to pages and interactive reporting options reveal document activities with user IP address tracking for comprehensive audit trailing.
