Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

AirVote overview
What is AirVote?
A user sees a QR smiley sticker posted on the inside of the restroom door - with a question of your choice. A straightforward question, “How clean is this restroom?” posted in a restroom seems to work best to get responses. A scan itself takes an action of voting - everything else is optional. A yellow/red QR smiley scan allows leaving internal comments with the problem details. A green smiley scan (a happy vote) also presents the user with direct links to social channels. The Company sees the responses in an online business panel as well as real-time alerts.
The service is not limited to restrooms, but can be used at any location of the customer traffic where a business wants to gather specific responses in real-time.
Key benefits of using AirVote
1. Optimize maintenance routes and fix an easy problem “along the way."
2. Manage driver performance by leveraging real-time user feedback and historical trends associated with routes.
3. Upsell clients with additional units or extra required service based on customer feedback.
4. Increase the number of positive reviews on social. Happy users get a direct link to google, FB, etc., whereas critical comments stay internal to the business.
5. An occasional useless comment someone writes because they are bored, is graffiti which the maintenance team does not have to scrub off the wall.
Three benefits to any business with an on-site restroom facility:
• First, the restroom stall is a place where customers have a minute of quiet time, often with a smartphone in their hands – it’s the reality of today. This explains the high volume of responses from the restrooms.
• Second, the restroom is one place where a business has little control of the moment when it gets messy or runs out of supplies.
• Lastly, various research is loud and clear that over 90% of customers will judge a business and service quality by the conditions of the restroom.
AirVote questions are perfect to be placed in every restroom stall, on the inside of the door facing a customer when they sit down. Low setup costs make it a simple and practical solution.
