The Inability to make changes to a Banquet Event Order

Ultimately I did have an incredibly positive experience using Caterease at my small boutique catering firm.

It impeded days of business where i couldn't retrieve my BEOs because the citrix system was down or inoperable.   When i would call or email I would generally get sent to more than one individual to try and solve the problem.  

Think of your customer base most are open on the weekend and I can't get to my information.  

Caterease is really easy to learn and use.
