EventEase is an event registration and fundraising platform built for organizations that want a simpler way to manage registrations, sponsorships, donations, payments, and fundraising in one place.

Each event can have its own customizable website where supporters can learn about the event, register, purchase sponsorships, make donations, and pay online. Supporters do not need to create an EventEase account, download an app, or remember another username and password. They simply choose how they want to support the event and complete their transaction.

EventEase supports credit cards, ACH bank payments, checks, cash, and other offline payments. Organizations can record offline orders and payments alongside online transactions, with no EventEase service fee on offline payments. Event organizers can also create and send invoices with direct payment links, making it easier to collect sponsorships and other outstanding payments.

For events that include participant fundraising, EventEase can give registered participants their own fundraising pages to share with friends and family. Donations can be credited to individual participants while the funds remain with the organization, giving event organizers an easy way to track fundraising progress.

EventEase also helps teams manage the details behind the event, including registrations, attendees, sponsorships, payments, donations, communications, reporting, and more.
