What is FlexEZ?
FlexO is a hybrid workspace booking and management system that helps businesses manage meeting rooms, huddle spaces, desks, parking areas, shared facilities, whiteboards, and other movable assets. The multilingual platform enables managers to add and remove rooms, amenities, sites, and other resources using a centralized dashboard as well as create advanced booking policies
Administrators can define user permissions and roles and securely log in via single sign-on (SSO) functionality. FlexO allows teams to synchronize the solution with different calendars including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange Calendar, and more.
You can create a Teams reservation at the same time as your room reservation directly from the FlexO portal. With the Teams FlexO Chatbot add-on, you can receive reservation updates directly inside Teams and even cancel, extend or terminate bookings.
Supervisors can also receive automated alerts if an attempt to book resources conflicts with another reservation.
FlexO lets stakeholders report amenity-related issues through the room navigator tablet.
