It helps event managers track booking status, view upcoming events, access agent details, and manage artists’ profiles from a centralized platform.

Employees can leverage Gigwell's productivity suite to create booking pages, allowing buyers to submit artist booking requests via brand websites or Facebook pages. It enables event teams to access the international venue database, automate digital payments with e-signatures, track agency performance, and review gig offers in real-time. The ticket counts pro module lets staff members automate ticket collections, create agency-branded reports, forecast show outcomes, and view sales performance data. It also allows team members to create bookings, edit contract terms, share contracts with artists, and send payment requests, facilitating collaboration.

Gigwell’s Tour IQ functionality lets event coordinators access a built-in database to find venues based on event type, number of attendees, preferred location, and more. It offers integrations with Google Calendar, Google Maps, Facebook, PayPal, and Stripe.
