What is HelmBot?

HelmBot is a cloud-based software designed to help businesses manage various administrative processes, such as appointment scheduling, memberships, marketing automation, project management, and point-of-sale (POS) operations. Supervisors can store customer information in the database, design referral programs with personalized discount codes, and enable clients to share their service credits with limited users.

HelmBot provides a booking calendar, which allows managers to view upcoming reservations, quickly access clients’ history or current membership status, and color-code specific slots according to requirements. Administrators can create recurring tasks, assign them to multiple employees, sort projects based on due dates or levels of priority, and enable colleagues to add comments under tasks. Supervisors can also configure user access permissions and send private messages to multiple recipients, with the aim of improving collaboration across internal teams.

HelmBot facilitates integration with various third-party applications, including Google Analytics, MailChimp, and Facebook. Businesses can manage waitlist entries and automatically notify customers about open slots or cancelled appointments. Other features include recurring billing, messaging, inventory replenishment, customizable reporting, and waiver management.

Pros
The ease of use and detailed reports are amazing. The fact that it integrates easily into my website is awesome.
Super intuitive, highly customizable, multi-functional and just fun to use. Constantly updated with relevant and helpful functionality (i.e waiver capability).
We have used this software for almost 5 years and have been thrilled with it. Their customer service team is top notch and are very passionate.
Cons
There are no features in the helm software that I dislike.
Difficult to sync with anything else. There are some user interface difficulties that make scheduling employees tedious at times.
I wish I had more useful constructive criticism but I can't think of anything the software is missing or any problems I've run into.
