Great CRM for great sales

It has given us clear insights on our next steps to take

Pros

User friendly platform specially the ability to add leads, people, companies straight from gmail and, reports are very helpful in our decision making process

Cons

Nothing much. It’s just occurs sometimes that it doesn’t track duplicate leads and people added in the CRM

Tried several CRM Systems before (e.g. insightly, Salesforce, Podio, etc.) finally found Prosperworks.

Pros

Best for Google Apps See relevant data in Gmail Easy to use

Cons

Simple note taking More integrations e.g. Evernote would be great

The CRM that defines the true meaning of automation work.

Pros

ProsperWorks CRM truly defines automation, simplicity and insight. It is the world’s easiest to learn and use Customer Intelligence Platform that we could find on the internet.

Cons

ProsperWorks is a high quality CRM solution that doesn’t seems to have any drawbacks but our review team has pointed out a few areas that can be improved, like their could be more reporting options and export for activity logs. Currently, there is no internal automatic email but you have the option of using gmail and the zapier integration. This app seriously needs some telephone integration
