Helped me grow my small business by giving me insights on what i was selling.

Pros

I love that this helped me centralize all my info, what am I selling on what platform! It also gave me a lot of data IE what am i selling, that data helped me sell more! Thanks Zoho I cant say enough great things!

Cons

The only con that I ran in to is some feature are only available on the higher tiered plans, I use the free version. but I mean its already free so thanks for offering that!

Cheap CRM tool.

Pros

The product was full of features, as it has to, to compete with the crowded CRM SW space. It definitely is not Salesforce, but is packed with many usable features.

Cons

Not as seamless as insightly, I just did not think it flowed like some of its competitors.

Managing our Business is so Easy with Zoho CRM

Monumental! The insights it provides with reporting, the tracking of Deals, and the management of Leads is so simple, and quite frankly fun to use.

Pros

The integrations with other Zoho suite of products give us insights into our complete customer profiles.

Cons

We honestly can't say there are limitations with Zoho CRM. Our only con is we haven't even used every feature yet, that's how much value is packed into Zoho CRM.

Pros

We recently set up Zoho CRM because the fremium CRM product we were using wasn't sufficient enough to grow with our company. We've been impressed with the features and flexibility in the CRM for the price point. It has filled our needs well. The feature I appreciate the most is the ability to email directly from the CRM and track if the emails are delivered, opened, etc.

Cons

The software appears to allow for a lot of customization, but there are some questions as to how to do that on our end. CRMs have to contain a lot of information, but because many businesses are different, there are sections of the CRM that contain fields that don't apply to our company and we've yet to customize those sections to make it as efficient as possible for us... however, I'm sure with some time we can figure out how to tailor the platform to our needs.

Could have been more modern CRM

Pros

Generally it has everything a CRM should have: nice management of contacts, lists, tasks and a tracking system, which would give you insights in everything connected with these entities.

Cons

Unfortunately, Zoho CRM loses it to a number of competitors: the design is old school and pretty old-fashioned, customisation is hard to manage and the pricing system is similar to better and more powerful products

Seriously, the best CRM software out there for the money when combined with all their products

Price, easy of use, endless expansion, integration capabilities with big name companies already built in... and mostly... Insight. I am by far one the most insightful IT companies around in my area because I use this software.

Pros

First off, I own, manage & work at a Business IT and WebDesign business, located in the Kansas City, MO area... The Zoho CRM platform is very intuitive and easy to use immediately. Plus, for the money, it's the best in my opinion. Now, dedicate a few days to learn the CRM, combined with their other products... You seriously have the best solution out there I've ever seen and I've tried them all. Additionally, Zoho is priced far below the competition for what you get. Third party integrations for big names like Google and Facebook are amazingly simple to add and configure. Spend a few days on the trial period, dedicated a couple hours a day to learning their CRM, combined with the other solutions they provide that fit your needs... and you'll be spoiled compared to any others. Customer support is rather good, although based in India. I never had a problem or experienced a debacle they were not happy to help me with. Also, the company Zoho.. Across the board is moving forward every week/month with new features and updates to not only the CRM here but, their entire plethora of SaS solutions. If you are familiar with CRM's... I won't bore you with what it does. You already know what a CRM should provide and Zoho CRM does by far and then some. The learning curve really is not that bad, even then, there really is no limit you can take this platform to if you dedicate the time to learn and set it up. Bottom line: Zoho CRM, combined with their other solutions... IS THE BEST

Cons

Honestly... I can not complain that much. The only complaint I have is this... Yes, they are far below the competition in terms of price when considering the big names out there.. However, if you are a power user like myself.. You want all the options. Even though they are cheaper than the others.. I really hate (across the board, all companies included) that their subscription pricing is a "per user" type setup. Being an IT business, you understand inner workings of resource usage... I really think all these companies should be tiered in groups of 5 - 10 users and the price will increase at that point but, I digress... In the beginning of my startup phase (Having one employee besides myself), I really found it hard justifying the cost "per user" to use any CRM software. However, my end goal for the company was automation of anything Consumer Relations, related so.. honestly, I chose to save a couple bucks and went the open source route. Well, yeah.. It worked that way but honestly, it was open source but, closed. Anything I wanted that was not built by the community was insanely time consuming to implement. BUT.. It cost nothing that way and I didn't pay a per user fee. However, time is money AND... my implementations would have to be rebuilt anytime I wanted to update the core functionality. So, long story short... These companies really shouldn't be implementing a per user subscription model. Truth be told, 1 - 10 employees takes the same resources on their end.. :/

ZOHO CRM in general is a good CRM for SMB's. It's always one of the options in the CRM selection process. Any CRM is only as good as the business process behind it.

Pros

It does provide basic reports and analytics that gives very good business insights.

Cons

Functionalities: Although ZOHO CRM provides good functionality, it still lacks some of it that will definitely be an added value to most of it's customers. An example would be a validation rule. A lot of the customers have already brought this topic over ZOHO forums, although ZOHO CRM reps respond with courtesy, this functionality is still in the RnD. A few other requested functionalities have been requested, but it may take ZOHO CRM years before implementing such.

Zoho CRM makes a good case for itself

Zoho CRM makes a good case for itself but I wouldn't keep it long as primary software for client relations. There are definitely some better options out there, and even if they're pricey, you get what you pay for definitely.

Pros

The email insights and related functions did work well most of the time, so that was good.

Cons

UX, however, was not that good. The interface was a little buggy when logging in, and I already had that problem with Zoho Mail, that's part of the reason why the bosses decided to try other software. Customer service was not very helpful, I must admit.

Pros

The only difference is how easy it is to get information into the platform, and how easy it is to gain valuable insights from this data once it's stored.

Cons

There is nothing that would cause me to recommend Zoho over any of the myriad competitors. Their reliability is poor, their interface is poor, their support is fairly nonexistent. In such a crowded market, you will easily find a better solution for your needs than Zoho.

I love the fact that Zoho CRM allows mobility you can always keep track on your hand held device when you are out of your work station I also love the fact that Zoho CRM is intractable with your google mail(Gmail) you don't have to create a new account you will retain yours This now did it for me oho CRM allows you to access real time information with out delay and also links to all social media reaching and giving you insights that connect people on social media to your products

This is not a major but will help if Zoho CRM could allow some customization in the UI Also the support could be better if I may say

Zoho CRM looks into all possible aspects of customer service management and further gives insights into how to deal and interact with clients.

Cons

The customer care is very efficient. It only offers a 15-day free trial. This can be a very short time for analyzing the sales patterns and hence difficult to take a decision on whether to purchase the real plan or not.
