Daily activity tracking, follow up logging, secure file storage and weight, time and mileage calculations serve to optimize estimating activity. MoveitPro’s scheduling tools enable users to manage resources, crews, fleets, jobs and more. The customer portal gives customers the flexibility to book their own move.
MoveitPro supports accounting activity with account receivables, invoice creation, deposit reports and QuickBooks integration. Users can manage employee files, contact lists and office staff ratings with HR management tools. Email marketing capabilities allow users to manage automated email campaigns and prospect nurturing. With sales, customer and payroll reports, users can gain insight into business performance.
