MyClic overview
What is MyClic?
MyClic is a cloud-based CRM/ERP software developed in France for small and mid-sized businesses. It centralizes customer relationships (contacts, deals, history), sales management (quotes, product catalog, sales processes), invoicing (down payments, progress billing, payment reminders, bank reconciliation) and team organization (shared calendar, task manager, project management, document management), with statistics and dashboards to monitor activity.
Dedicated versions cover construction and renewable energy, training organizations, apprentice training centers and cleaning companies. Field time tracking by QR code and geolocation is available for cleaning companies. AI features and MCP access are available for construction and cleaning companies.
Integrations include Bridge (bank synchronization), Universign and MyClicSign (electronic signature), Mailjet (emailing), Excel import and export, webhooks, and WordPress and PrestaShop connections.
Security: data is hosted in France with OVH, on a three-server architecture, with backups sent to a second provider. User rights can be managed by profile.
Deployment is SaaS only. Onboarding includes Qualiopi-certified training, video tutorials and phone support.
