Perkville offers a way to create, manage and track customer loyalty programs, while also taking advantage of customer referrals through promotional rewards. The app lets you create customer reward programs based on a point system. You can specify how much points an individual action earns, such as 5 points for a Tweet, or 50 points for referring a friend. You can then specify what rewards customers receive when they reach a certain amount of points. For example, a 10% discount for 200 points.

Perkville has been great for our business. We have added over 3000 new members using this program since launching in June 2020. The customer service is great. They reply promptly and generally with accuracy.
Referral Tracking - Building our lead funnel, awarding points automatically, integrated with CRM Loyalty Building - Awarding members for checking in and using club services Bonus Earnings - Allow us to reward certain behaviours depending on the time of year New features being released - Challenges are how many consumers engage with fitness in 2022
Limited earning activities available - This is mostly due to a lack of API access to our member management system - Club Automation It would be great to see more automated message capabilities - SMS/notification if they check in 4 times in a week after not visiting for a few weeks, etc.

Awesome way to offer a loyalty program in our store. It sets us apart from other similar stores. It also keeps our customers loyal by rewarding them for shopping with us.
The software is easy to use and explain to customers. Our customers love that we have a loyalty program that rewards them for shopping. It is easy and fast for customers to register their accounts even for those that may not be as technically savvy. We are able to simply help them register with their phones in-store or explain over the phone. Customer service is quick and helpful with any issues that may arise.
I have not come across any cons. Any time we have a technical issue it is quickly resolved by contacting customer service.

The coolest part about Perkville is how it helps engage members with different activities at the gym. In a way it sort of gamifies their experience and adds a nice loyalty rewards to show that we as a gym want to give back for things they are doing such as sending referrals, etc.
Perkville is a great retention tool for our gym. We love that it incentives and rewards members for things they are already doing. I.E checking in, buying smoothies, referring friends, etc etc.
We have had issues with the API not syncing well at times and several members complaining that they haven't received their points over several week periods.

My experience has been great. Members LOVE this service. A member loyalty program is a must in today's market. People want to be rewarded for behaviors and this software does that without a lot of work from your end.
Very easy to launch, customer service is amazing, ability to change perks if very easy.
I don't feel there is any thing that needs to be improved.
