We track all our sales pipeline, marketing lead gen pipeline, go-live pipeline thru Sales Force. It enables us to get an up to date and accurate picture of the overall business

Pros

Amazing breadth and depth of features and functionality. Very easy to customize as per requirement. Site speed is also really good.

Cons

Dashboards are good but limited in terms of possible visualizations. Also, only 20 visualizations are allowed per dashboard.

The most powerful way to organize your sales pipeline.

Pros

SalesForce is the best CRM hands down. Fully customizable and can integrate with countless other applications. You can build out exactly what you need to have full visibility into your business.

Cons

It can be intimidating when starting out, but there are plenty of YouTube videos out there to easily figure out how to figure out how to use it. There are many cheaper CRMs on the market, but I believe the price is well worth it for what you receive in return.

Better sales pipeline, less of a headache to deal with.

Pros

I like that there are many more capabilities in this software than we had with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It's much more user friendly, much more intuitive, and much easier to follow a sales pipeline with this.

Cons

I dislike that to get other additional softwares added from their suite that it's super expensive to do so. I think if they made the pricing a bit more fair, more people would utilize it.

Pros

Salesforce has been the best customer relationship management service that my company has implemented. It has been instrumental in maintaining all things related to our customers.

Cons

There have been some difficulties in getting the entire staff to be compliant with Salesforce, as the legacy employees have been slow to adapt.
