Pros

Helping to bring the business up to date with a system that is modern and innovative. It is user friendly and easy to add new functionalities to it according to the business needs.
As a socially responsible company, it feels good to support another company like Salesforce that is committed to these values too.
Salesforce remains the best CRM application for growing our business because of the amazing features. Integration of third-party and add-on options it offers.

Pros

I love how user friendly the programming is. I like how easy it is to track proejcts and communicate with others on this system.
Pricing/proposal templates were easy to use and easy to customize. Loved the mobile app, especially a big fan of the called ID feature.
This program was great when were were starting out as a new company and was helpful in tracking progress. We have since moved onto a more versatile platform.

Cons

Terrible experience I wouldn't recommend to even our biggest competitor, Salesforce is totally unintuitive and with very bad UX. Expensive, hard to use and hard to manage.
There are times when the automation fails and gives back inaccurate data. We have to trouble shoot almost weekly to figure out what happened.
The only negative aspect I've encountered while utilizing SalesForce is that saving entered data is not done automatically and can lead to losing work.

Cons

This is annoying because there can be 10 notes between the note you are replying to and your reply so following is confusing.
The way you select the date and time is really a pain in the ass. Try it you'll see what I mean.
Currently, there is no option to print photos in a report format. Odd, because you can create a report for just about everything else.

Easy to learn & are just now implementing natural forms into our process. Also setting our own work flow.

Not having a P &L for commssion sales reps.

Being able to keep track of all of our customers in one spot. Being able to run sales reports, but these still need to be tweaked. They are very hard to get the exact data we need. Being able to keep track of emails and conversations through the CRM.

Cons

Occasionally software will not save a note and after hitting saved it is gone if it did not save properly. A little frustrating when you have measurements for a job and they are lost.

Job Nimbus was foreign to me when I first tried to use it. Since I am in it again and have an admin to help us understand the usage, it is a perfect helper! Estimates, Invoices, Contracts...I don't need paper any more!!! Thanks guys!

Mobile app is still lacking for an iPhone. I am still trying but it has limited spectrum to see all fields.

Must have in any sales industy especially in the construction industry

Pros

being on the go like most contractors being able to go through all your customers, jobs, tasks, and other key things in this industry at the touch of a button.

Cons

Not a lot of cons. I wish when documents fail to save or close randomly it would auto save.

Easy to use

Helps us with every stage of our company from sales to production

Pros

Automation is very nice, everything is easy to use, and there are so many features that make my job easier

Cons

Not being able to have board view in the mobile app or do budgets on the mobile app

Couldn’t do my job without it

Pros

It makes it easy to keep up with my multiple contacts and sales. Makes networking a breeze!

Cons

Everything seems good to me! Some of the editing seems to be a bit slow at times.

Great Potential.

Great price, just don't expect much support. If you are excel, google sheets, etc, savvy you could do very well with this product. I am not, which is the reason for the low score, which may not be fair.

Pros

Very good at tracking the sales process. The accounting side is not adequate. It does, however, merge with Quickbooks.

Cons

Lacks in training & support. Free set up and online training. ON-SITE training is offered for a price. Online training could be better.

Could be a little better, but did what we needed at the time

Overall, it worked while we needed it. We did switch to another program but only because we felt that JobNimbus was expensive in comparison to a program that had more capabilities.

Pros

We loved the home page. It kept all our leads, sales, and jobs in separate but very organized views.

Cons

Searching was a little difficult because it didn't connect jobs to signed contracts, so a client's info was in two separate places. And lets say they added something later, it would be even more difficult to find.

Great CRM

Great, learned how to navigate it pretty quickly. Still would love more training. But overall a great platform.

Pros

Dashboard navigation is amazing. I love being able to type in a customers/ lead's name, or the city and it starts pulling up our contacts fast.

Cons

There are higher level automation things that we could use for our sales team that could have been more beneficial. And being able to have a specific city or date range for customer search would have been really nice. I have used other CRM's where you can build out the search very specifically, and that allows a report of leads or a report of our customer contacts based on a lot of things, such as zip code, time frame, age, and type of customer they are. I wish this was Salesforce, but for the construction industry, or contractors industry. That would seal the deal for me.

App Do NOT Work

I would have probably overcome all of the other obstacles and looked past the fact that there are too many issues with customizations and functionality, but if the app doesn't work then JOB NIMBUS DOES NOT WORK!!!

Pros

It's built to accommodate roofers from Sales to Production to Collecting. There is nothing else that I like about this...

Cons

Not customizable. You can vote on something that might somewhat become kind of customizable whenever they decide to make it happen, but its just a bunch of software programmers that think they know all of the aspects of the roofing industry, but they actually know nothing. It is overcomplicated and under thought. THE APP DOESN'T EVEN WORK! I tried to snap a picture through the app to pull it up on the desktop and they told me I needed to use the old version of the app for some things and the new version for others. So, basically without a working app, roofing sales reps can't use it. (How am I to expect them to figure out what aspects of which app work or don't work. It's inefficient!!!) If they can't use it, then they won't use it. Then it's just a big waste of money!

I am new to the construction/roofing industry and this software is very user friendly, easy.

Cons

I don"t have any complaints, I have been using this for two months and I like it.

Pros

I love the reports feature so I can easily track each sales reps accounts and the fact that it is customizable.

Cons

It was hard for me to figure out how to set up reports initially and customize my dashboard but now that it is all set up, I love it!

Great CRM, but automation lacks a bit

Overall it's an amazing CRM. For all of its downfalls, it's a must-have if you're a contractor.

Pros

Ability to take a lead from start to finish through the sales funnel. Integrates with Quickbooks, Eagle View, and Beacon. Timestamps activity.

Cons

You can't edit the automated emails sent from Job Nimbus. I've tried to get help with this on numerous occasions to no avail. You're stuck with sending them manually.
