Software's open API also facilitates integration with a variety of partner solutions to meet the unique needs of each organization.

  • Allow customers to buy tickets online or at any box office point of sale, and configure commissions or fees if desired. Deposits can also be requested alongside ticket reservations and recurring payments can be set up.

  • Create and distribute email marketing campaigns and segment audiences to send targeted content to specific demographics. Track campaign progress with reports on conversions, opens and clicks.

  • Configure automated pre- and post-event emails to remind attendees of the details beforehand, and request feedback afterwards. Emails can be customized from pre-existing templates.

  • Log upcoming relationship management tasks and assign them to team members for completion. Users are each able to view and prioritize their assigned tasks and log progress and budget as they are carried out.

  • Benefit from barcode scanning in order to scan tickets upon entry to any event. When tickets are scanned the attendance status for that customer automatically updates within the Spektrix system, as well as overall attendance numbers.
