The solution enables recruiters to gather feedback through rating measures and provide applicants an option to leave comments and opinions for HR to implement into their hiring procedures. Talenthub enables users to insert custom links into applicant profiles and store them in a connects ATS (applicant tracking system) for future reference.
Designed for small to large businesses, Talenthub allows users to measure and analyze implemented changes in order to benchmark the brand against competitors. With its candidate journey module, Talenthub aims to improve brand value by providing the same applicant experience across all stages of the recruitment processes, from job advertisements to rejection letters.
