Appointment requests are automatically aligned with staff members based on a range of criteria including time, topic, skills, and location, whether in-person, by phone or online.

Configurable business rules allow users to control booking timeframes, cancellation policies, and appointment limits.

Custom SMS notifications can be configured to remind customers of their appointment 15 minutes, 1 hour, or 24 hours before the start time.

Customer appointments made through any channel can be managed by location, type, and assigned resources, with users able to modify, cancel, or transfer appointments.
