TIMIFY is a cloud-based appointment scheduling calendar designed for service providers, including hairdressers, beauticians, tutors, fitness trainers, health practitioners, general contractors, mechanics, and more. Clients can book appointments online for free through the business’ website, Facebook page, or the TIMIFY mobile app.
TIMIFY allows users to manage all of their appointments in an online calendar, or through native apps for smartphones, tablets, and laptop or desktop computers. Users can add in services with information on their durations and prices, and organize them into categories to create a service portfolio, with control over which services are displayed to clients online, and which can only be booked by staff. Multiple employees can be added, with configurable working times and assigned services to ensure that bookings can only be made during employees’ working hours. Services can then be booked by clients through an embedded booking button in the business website, Facebook page, an independent mini-homepage on the TIMIFY website, or within the TIMIFY app for iOS and Android.
Automated email reminders can be sent out to clients by TIMIFY either 24 or 48 hours before an appointment, designed to reduce the number of no-shows by reminding clients of the data and time of their booking, and giving them an opportunity to cancel if necessary. Special offers can be created to discount specific services with user-defined time periods and availability limits, to attract new customers or reward returning clients, run seasonal promotions, or launch new services. Offers are automatically displayed at the top of the service list in the booking widget.
