I loved the idea of Dripify and it's helped streamline a sales process that is currently in development and consistently changing. The support team was incredibly responsive and very helpful.
If there is a failure in anything you set up it doesn't notify you, you are expected to check in. No notifications from the platform in general.
The ease of setup is a notable highlight, making it an accessible choice even for those who are not particularly tech-savvy.
Lack of sequence editing after a campaign launch and no sequencing or functionality for email prospecting.
What I liked most is its ability to automate connection requests and follow-ups, which has increased my response rate and probably saved me time dozens of work days.
Search in Inbox is klunky, is difficult to keep track of who you have corresponded with.
Dripify helps me to save time in the process of Lead generation. The integration process was easy and it's really useful.
Lead generation in our industry is very difficult and time consuming.
Dripify is a great tool to reach additional people in the market. My team is new to lead generation, and this was a great way for us to build our social networks in our industry.

Insightly CRM is a great option to consider, it has all the needed features like dashboard, process workflow, lead management, opportunities , converting opportunities to project, etc.
API changes caused fatal errors in several of our integrations over the course of our time with Insightly. User interface was never the prettiest.
I love the to-do list and the fact that it makes it so much easier in business to keep everyone on the same page. I also love the ease of use of this CRM.
If we were paying more I would be really dissatisfied. Oh and they are just appalling at sharing their product roadmap.
Pricing and features vary widely with what you're willing to pay which is fair and great frankly. There's even a free plan that gives you a sneak peak into the great features.
There are community threads with problems that are unresolved from 3-4 years ago. Support is non existent and the staff are clueless about their own product.
It's easy to find information about proposals and opportunities that coworkers are working on. It's easy to link contacts, leads, and opportunities.
It is quite pricey for the intended market and the lack of office integration is a no no.

So, Pipeliner CRM is the kind of CRM that I recommend for anyone who wishes to be successful in his sales activities and digital marketing in general.
Really bad experience or no MKT tools, reporting is not a strength of this product either which make it useless.
The support team has been excellent, and their marketing team does a great job of promoting helpful content as far as sales best practices and use of their product.
Really bad tool if we think that MKT and Sales are one team.
I have been very impressed with the Pipeliner customer support. They have been very responsive when I have questions and have good follow up.
Burdensome data entry, can be costly and Focused on the wrong person.
New and wonderful software made simple to use and that reduces cost in business. You better give a try by taking a free trial if you have never done before.
At first, i had difficulties in monitoring my team from distance and also the follow up of clients was a little bit difficult.
Being able to handle leads and opportunities based on their resourcefulness is a thumbs up for me. No more waste of time on leads or opportunities which won't lead to any good.
It is friendly in userbility,Visual is impressive and its automation.
It easily integrates with MS Outlook and many other social networks. Customer support is awesome and able to help right away with the few minor issues I have had.
Tremendously inspiring and useful for perfect data preservation.
Excellent system easy to use implement and is very effective.

Agile provides a reliable database for all things from quality findings to ECO change implementations. Customized reports are a nice feature and searching is made easy.
I cancelled it in December of 2019. They charged me for it in January of 2020, so I called them and cancelled again.
It has powerful features and many integrations. I like the freedom to customize and the many campaign nodes make campaigns and flows very powerful.
The second strike came when our account was re-activated and AgileCRM charged us for the months that our account was locked and shutdown.
Automated campaigns are easy to set up and work well and the customer support system is effective. The experience of using agilecrm has been practical and effective, as well as being cost effective.
The tool is convoluted, a bit hard to grasp for non technical people and the customer support is some of the worst I've ever encountered.
What really impresses me, is AgileCRM's support. The support and on-boarding staff I have worked with is excellent to say the least.
There were wayyyyyy too many glitches and bugs. I had a number of bad reports in my role at a previous job using this too.
We love that Agile is easy to use and has an option to import contacts from an excel file. They makes it so easy to manage out contacts and organize our data as to who is viewing/clicking on what.
It was a good experience and the team has built a good product especially the marketing automation part is very well done.
