Pros
I love the chance to follow up on opportunities and collaborate project management with my team.
The product has great ability to customize the tracking of your sales, projects and customer follow-up. It integrates well with outlook and helps you organize your day.
Great product, great support. I have recommended RepFabric to many other rep agencies and I know several have signed up as well.
Cons
The reporting tool is a little difficult to use. I feel it could be labeled differently to be less confusing.
If I had to dig deep and I would say an email noting that a po has been enter under my market so I can go look at it. But I typically look daily anyway.
The main difficulty we experience is needing to create a new company before we can tie an email to the customer.

Time for a new sales CRM? Repfabric!

Support was excellent and they never left a question go unanswered.

Pros

Ease of use allows sales team to actually use the system instead of finding ways around using the system.

Cons

All systems are challenging to actually integrate with a sales team - so picking something that is easy to use and integrate is very important.

I routinely recommend RepFabric and haven't looked back upon my choices several years into use of it.

Pros

The people and the vision; and its focus specifically on the rep agency business model.

Cons

The user interface is dated, not customizable, and snow.

Customer Service is outstanding and that is extremely important to me. We all have our way of thinking and looking at things and for the most part they created work arounds for us and also in some cases created new features that we recommended.

Pros

All in one system, who innovation every year.

Cons

Would like to customize a layout with specific field names. Certain fields are locked and that field name can't be changed.
