CoManage allows users to store and manage contacts from a centralized location. The platform helps users manage customers as well as suppliers and create invoices, custom proposals and drafts. CoManage also allows periodic invoicing, VAT check and data retrieval via VIES, data export, and one-click offer-to-invoice conversion.

CoManage lets users manage projects and offers via role-based access, with tools for collaboration, automated cost calculation and business proposal tracking. The platform supports multiple languages as well as currencies to create invoices and quotations for global clients.
